FD Copper containing PTFE tape

FD is a wear-resistant material mainly made of PTFE, supplemented by copper powder and other polymer additives. The product is widely used in the chemical industry, hydraulic pressure, oil cylinders, automotive and motorcycle dampers, machine tool guides, printing machinery, textile machinery and other light load but self-lubricating applications. If the product has undergone special treatment, it can be adhered to steel or rubber surfaces without crawling during use.
