It is made from tin bronze powder as raw material, pressed by mold, sintered at high temperature and shaped. Its matrix has fine and uniformly distributed pores, which form an oil containing state after vacuum impregnation with lubricating oil. This product has the characteristics of short-term lubrication without oil, low usage cost, and adjustable inner and outer diameter dimensions, making it suitable for use in medium speed and low load environments.
