Overview
JDB-1 high-strength brass embedded bearings are made on a high-strength brass substrate. A high-performance solid lubricant product embedded with graphite or molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant. It breaks through the limitations of general bearings relying on oil film lubrication. During use, solid lubrication and shaft friction are achieved through frictional heat, creating excellent conditions for the coexistence of oil and powder lubrication. This not only protects the shaft from wear but also ensures the eternal lubrication properties of the solid. Its hardness is twice as high as that of a typical copper sleeve, and its wear resistance is also twice as high.
