JDB-3 steel copper casting embedded solid lubrication shaft sleeve is a high-strength and material saving self-lubricating bearing. Compared with general copper alloy embedded group lubrication bearings, the outer shell of its product is made of low carbon steel with a relatively low price, and the inner surface is made of 1-2mm of the same material as the copper alloy embedded solid lubrication bearing base copper alloy. Therefore, the material cost of the product is significantly reduced. In addition, due to the low carbon steel substrate used in the product, compared with the high hardness and high strength brass alloy cast by centrifugal casting, its impact resistance is better, and it will not crack when subjected to large impact loads.
