JF Bimetal Bushing

JF bimetallic composite bearings are made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate, and the surface is sintered with copper alloys (CuPb10Sn10, CuPb6Sn6Zn3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, CuSn8Ni) with low friction characteristics as the wear-resistant layer of the bearing. The copper alloy surface can be machined with various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil cavities, etc. according to the needs of the operating conditions, to be suitable for situations where continuous or difficult refueling is not possible. The material can achieve good bonding strength and optimal load-bearing capacity through secondary sintering and secondary extrusion.
